So please, don't go spreading FUD about this anti-cheat solution. There is currently no indication that there's anything even remotely fishy going on when compared to other AC solutions like BattleEye and EAC. My report here is about the uninstall procedure. Important: The user-mode service is not running when you're not running the game. If you're not comfortable doing that, the easiest way to get rid of everything is re-install Bloodhunt, run it once, then uninstall. If you've previously uninstalled bloodhunt, there's a script on the support page you can run. I have verified this on two systems: all anticheat executables and services are uninstalled. Update: A small update has been deployed to fix the anticheat uninstall procedure. It has also been independently confirmed to me multiple times that this is a top priority for fixing.) This is mildly annoying, and probably a bug. "Expert Anti Cheat" service (and the kernel-level services "ACE-BASE" and "ACE-GAME") are still registered as windows services when the game is uninstalled from Steam. ![]()
